GB Energy Supplier - Provided operational support in the engagement with 3rd party outsource providers and advised on operational delivery solutions. 

Central Agent - Provided business analyst support for both Contracts for Difference and Capacity Market schemes. We designed business processes and produced documentation for use internally and created working practices and guidance documents for external stakeholders, including Suppliers and Generators. 

GB Energy Supplier - A growing supplier, who wanted to have greater control over the Annual Quantity costs and to optimise their associated processes, approached Engage to provide industry knowledge and expertise, and manage their AQ review project. Following a one day workshop where the scope of the project was agreed, Engage visited the supplier over several weeks, to manage the AQ review project. The financial benefit to the client is estimated at over £1 million over a year, saving on both transportation and gas purchase costs. Engage also provided significant knowledge transfer throughout the project to staff involved to ensure process changes were embedded, and knowledge of the AQ process could be used by staff in future reviews. 

GB Energy Supplier - Provided operational support to a supplier over several years, where advice and industry expertise coupled with internal and external stakeholder management has been key to achieving service delivery and profitability improvements. These operational roles involved Smart Metering trials, AMR trials, legacy systems, data quality issues, Settlement performance and developing Business Cases. 

Interconnector - Provided operational and market support to the first merchant electricity interconnector linking the Netherlands to GB.

GB Energy Supplier - Engage provided interim operational support, which involved undertaking a detailed review of all the areas of exception handling. Additional deliverables of the interim role were to improve operational performance during a period of major change and also to ensure compliance with all industry regulatory requirements.
