A growing supplier required support in identifying and quantifying the gap between purchases and sales. Engage’s solution was to provide them with our Revenue and Margin Assurance (RAMA) solution. It provides a fully auditable solution to identify the meter points that are making the most significant contribution to any imbalance, and is provided as a managed, Software-as-a-Service solution.

Engage also provided support with addressing electricity Settlement exceptions (D0095s) through our Exception Plus product. E+ provides a practical solution for eliminating spurious and rogue exceptions, identifying the cause of material exceptions and recommending corrective actions. E+ is used by major and small suppliers, supplying over 60% of the market by Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN).

The supplier also required support with their gas Annual Quantity (AQ) review. Engage provided an expert in AQ review, to ensure that they maximised the outcome. We delivered both significant financial benefit, and reusable process improvements to ensure that subsequent reviews deliver maximum value.
