Production of programme/project briefs to assess the feasibility of your business ideas, undertake cost/benefit analyses and help you gain budgetary approval for your proposals.

Definition of your user, business and operational requirements and development of a specification against which your project will be delivered.

Development of solutions: whether these be IT solutions or business solutions

Implementation: which can include specification of implementation requirements, development of an implementation strategy, testing and trialling, bringing systems into the new environment, data migration, staff training and closing down existing systems.
