The Project Support Services are provided for projects that would benefit from the utilisation of a project support function

Project Planning: we can work with your project teams to produce project plans and establish project milestones with you. We will monitor your resource utilisation and progress against your plans, highlighting any issues and producing exception plans as necessary

Provision of User Assurance Co-ordinators, Business Assurance Co-ordinators and Technical Assurance Co-ordinators in accordance with PRINCE 2 Project Methodology

Risk Management Support: to identify your risks and ensure that they are managed through the application of risk mitigation techniques and development of contingency plans.

Establishment of development standards and review of compliance against these

Change Management, Baseline Management and Configuration Management activities.
