Recruitment Process
The typical recruitment process is described below, although this may vary from time to time.
Selection Stages
The following table sets out the various selection stages appropriate to the roles within Engage Consulting Limited:
Stage One:
Stage Two (Optional):
- Numeracy, verbal reasoning and industry questionnaire assessment
Stage Three:
- Formal interview with requirement to give a presentation and/or written paper
Stage Four (Optional for Business Analysts & Consultants):
If you are short listed you may be emailed a user name and password and asked to complete the numeracy and verbal reasoning based
questions, along with a number of industry based multiple choice questions. During this stage you will have the opportunity to view
the competencies that Engage Consulting Limited utilises through the recruitment process, and the levels of each competence relevant
to the post you are applying for.
It is anticipated that the overall process will take approximately 3- 4 weeks dependant on the post you are applying for.
References
Any offer of employment is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references. Two references will be sought, including one from the
current/most recent employer who should not be a related to the candidate. Engage employees can not be used as a reference.
