We have four core services areas which are supported by our IT function

Market Services include Central Market Support & Participant Support. Central Market Support is aimed specifically at parties who operate at the heart of markets, such as regulators, market administrators, consumer groups and trade organisations. The Participant Support service is provided for companies who already operate within, or wish to operate within, the UK electricity market. We are confident that no other consultancy can rival our track record in providing our Participant Support Service.

Data Services: we have brought about significant improvements at a wide cross section of companies that rely upon data as a critical aspect of their business operation. We believe that the management of data is a business issue, not an IT/IS issue.

Project Services includes Project Delivery Services & Project Support Services. The Project Delivery service is aimed at any company requiring assistance in the delivery of a project to meet a business requirement. The Project Support Services are provided for projects that would benefit from the utilisation of a project support function.

Assurance Services: The Engage Assurance Service provides comfort that you are operating correctly in a well controlled environment. It is especially valuable in high risk, complex, multi-stakeholder environments where the impact of failure is significant. A key aspect of the assurance service is the concept of Independent Client Support.

It is often difficult for a client to gain complete assurance that the products that are being delivered by a service provider are of acceptable quality and consistent with requirements. The client can only usually assess the quality of the products at the end of a programme of work. This can lead to a fraught and difficult relationship between the client and service provider, especially where delivery timescales and budgets differ from that initially proposed.

Engage can provide the answer to this problem through the Independent Client Support service which bridges the gap between clients and their service providers - whether they are delivering large complex projects or providing an operational service. The Independent Client Support Service is equally valuable in those situations where single or multiple clients exist (for example where a programme of work is being delivered across several departments within a company or across several companies).

Our IT Team has the capability to develop bespoke tools to support the requirements of our clients. Our tools are already used by our clients to help participants monitor and improve their performance.
