Mapped EMRS Business Processes for Capacity Market and Contracts for Difference, performing online and in-person workshops with internal stakeholders and creating Business Process Models.
Delivering the Market Stabilisation Charge system and processes as a Business Analyst for RECCo.
Supporting the Elexon Change Management team with the delivery of Modifications, Change Proposals and Issue groups.
Performing process review for a major retail bank’s investment in a Meter Asset Provider.
Delivered process documentation to enable a challenger Energy retailer to embed market interaction flows within their internal Billing & CRM software.

Andy specialised in Industry Operations roles prior to joining Engage, working for a Supplier Agent, Supplier and Software provider within the Energy Sector.
