We are proudly celebrating a significant milestone for one of our long-serving team members, Kevin Mitchell, who has been promoted to Head of Service Delivery. This promotion marks nearly two decades of relentless dedication, exceptional service, and progressive leadership within our company. 

The Journey Begins 

Nineteen years ago, Kevin joined Engage as a User Acceptance Test Lead. From the outset, he demonstrated a deep commitment to excellence and a keen ability to adapt and grow. Through the years, Kevin has not only excelled in various roles but has also embodied the spirit of our principal values: Excellence, Integrity, & Professionalism.

Path to Leadership 

Through successive promotions, Kevin became our Test Manager in 2013 before being promoted again in 2015 to Head of Information Services. From then to now, leading our Information Service Team, Kevin has effectively managed and led his team, fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. His journey is a testament to his hard work and Engage’s dedication to nurturing talent from within and providing opportunities for our team to grow and take on new challenges. 

Contributions and Impact 

Kevin’s contributions to Engage Consulting have been significant. Over the years, he has led numerous initiatives that have greatly improved our operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. His goal-orientated approach to managing our service delivery has elevated our operations both externally and internally, helping to ensure successful repeat long-term contracts with our major clients while spearheading operational improvements with his excellent team of consultants.  

Looking Ahead 

As the Head of Service Delivery, Kevin now takes on a critical role not only in our operations but also in delivering our strategic vision for the future. He is responsible for overseeing our commitment to delivering exceptional service and nurturing a growing team of industry experts who can meet the challenges of tomorrow.
