This month marks a special occasion for us at Engage, Claire Gwyer has been with the company for 10 years.
Claire joined Engage in 2015 and has become one of our most trusted consultants in energy market operations and regulatory change. Her expertise in settlement systems, MHHS implementation, and BSC and REC governance has proven invaluable across countless client projects.
What sets Claire apart is her ability to take complex regulatory requirements and turn them into practical, workable solutions. Whether she’s leading workshops with suppliers, advising network operators, or managing intricate change programmes, Claire brings both technical depth and a collaborative spirit that clients genuinely appreciate.
Over the past decade, Claire has worked on some of the most significant transformations in the UK energy sector. Her knowledge and steady approach have helped clients navigate challenges that matter – from market-wide settlement changes to the ongoing transition towards Net Zero.
