Not only have we retained Gold, but our results have been truly exceptional, reinforcing what we have always known: our people are the foundation of everything we do.
Scoring Well Above the Industry Benchmark
The reassessment delivered results that we are immensely proud of. Engage Consulting achieved a benchmark score of 843 out of 900, placing us 114 points above the industry average of 729 for all IIP-accredited organisations and 90 points above the sector average of 753 for consulting and accounting activities. These figures speak for themselves and demonstrate the depth of our commitment to investing in our team.
Exceptional Scores Across the Board
The assessment highlighted several areas where Engage Consulting truly excels. In recognising and rewarding high performance, we achieved an outstanding 98% positive rating, a reflection of how genuinely valued our people feel for their contributions. Our approach to empowering and involving people scored 95.2%, confirming that our team members have genuine ownership and autonomy in the work they do.
We are equally proud of our score for creating sustainable success, which came in at 95.1%, alongside a 94.2% rating for structuring work effectively. Taken together, these results paint a clear picture: Engage Consulting is an organisation where strong business performance and genuine investment in people go hand in hand.

Beyond the numbers, the qualitative feedback from our team is something we are incredibly proud of.
