We are delighted to announce that Neha Sinha has joined Engage Consulting as Principal Technical Consultant, bringing expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture and digital transformation to strengthen our Market Services capability in supporting clients’ technology and innovation ambitions.
With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Neha brings deep expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale systems modernisation. Her background spans technical and strategic leadership roles across the utilities and oil and gas sectors, where she has driven complex change programmes, established architecture governance frameworks, and aligned technology strategy with business outcomes at the highest levels.

Neha’s appointment reinforces Engage Consulting’s commitment to expanding our team with industry-leading professionals who share our dedication to driving innovation and excellence in the energy and technology sectors. Her proven track record in stakeholder engagement, delivery assurance across the software delivery lifecycle, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in supporting our clients as they navigate the complexities of digital transformation and technology-enabled change in the UK energy sector.
Neha joins us from EMR Settlement Ltd (an Elexon subsidiary), where as Head of Architecture & Design she led the strategic transformation programme to modernise the organisation’s systems estate, introducing microservices architecture and modern cloud technology to improve scalability, agility, and reporting capabilities. Prior to this, she held analyst roles at the Low Carbon Contracts Company and EDF Energy, and earlier in her career was involved in transformation programmes at Shell and BP.

Neha’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for GB’s energy sector, as organisations navigate significant ongoing and future transformation driven by the need to meet both operational and sustainability objectives.
