We are very pleased to part of the ENA project team that delivered this valuable service to consumers. Many people don’t know who to contact in the event of a power cut and many mistakenly call their supplier. The ENA and electricity network operators have introduced “105” – an easy-to-remember phone number that automatically connects the caller with the right network operator. We provided the project management and stakeholder engagement services – and delivered many of the critical deliverables such as the service requirement specification, the case for a three-digit number and the consumer awareness strategy.
