From Business Analyst to Senior Consultant.
Sophie started with us five years ago as a Business Analyst, and what a journey it’s been. She’s thrown herself into every challenge that’s come her way, always keen to learn something new and take on more responsibility.

Building expertise
Sophie hasn’t just been content to stay still – she’s actively worked to build her skills and qualifications. Getting her ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification was a real achievement, and her promotion to Senior Consultant was well-deserved recognition of all her hard work.
Moving from Business Analyst to Senior Consultant in five years demonstrates the significant growth Sophie has achieved. Still, it also reflects the support we provide to our people here at Engage Consulting.

Sophie shared her thoughts on reaching this milestone: “Having reached the five-year milestone at Engage, it’s amazing to look back and reflect on the journey so far. During this time, I have been fortunate enough to build my experience by taking on new challenges and being supported all the way by great colleagues. The variety of work coming from our innovative clients makes every day a new challenge, and the pace of change in the energy sector shows no sign of slowing down.
