Having worked on both the regulatory and energy supplier sides of the industry, Edita brings a unique perspective on the challenges organisations face when balancing regulatory obligations, operational delivery and commercial objectives. She has extensive experience across regulatory compliance, operational governance, assurance, reporting and organisational controls, with a particular interest in the intersection of regulation, operations and technology.
Prior to joining Engage, Edita spent almost eight years at Ofgem, where she held a variety of operational, assurance and compliance leadership roles across major energy efficiency and social schemes, including the Energy Company Obligation (ECO), Warm Home Discount (WHD), Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) and Smart Export Guarantee (SEG). More recently, she worked for a new energy supplier, where she built and led the compliance function during a period of rapid growth and increasing regulatory scrutiny. This combination of experience provides her with a deep understanding of both regulatory expectations and the operational realities faced by energy businesses.

- Leading regulatory oversight, assurance and reporting activities across major government-backed schemes (ECO, GBIS, WHD and SEG), working closely with energy suppliers, government departments and industry stakeholders.
- Designing and implementing governance, monitoring and reporting frameworks to improve visibility, accountability and decision-making across complex operational and regulatory environments.
- Supporting organisations in understanding and meeting regulatory obligations, improving reporting quality, strengthening controls and addressing operational and compliance risks.
