Marc is a Principal Consultant within Engage Consulting’s Energy & Utilities team. He brings over 30 years’ experience delivering complex, technology-enabled transformation across the energy and utilities landscape, with a background spanning policy and regulation, central market bodies and retail markets.
Marc specialises in shaping and delivering large-scale digital and IT/OT-enabled programmes, including smart infrastructure, data platform modernisation, CRM transformation and operating model design. He has led multidisciplinary teams across highly regulated environments, helping organisations navigate major market reform and align technology delivery with regulatory and customer outcomes.
He has a uniquely end-to-end view of the energy system, enabling him to connect technical change with consumer policy and broader sector priorities such as affordability and vulnerability. His experience across policy, central market organisations and retail markets positions him to support clients in responding to increasingly complex regulatory and market landscapes.
In addition to his energy sector expertise, Marc brings strong experience in the water sector, supporting utilities with digital transformation, smart infrastructure and affordability-related initiatives. He is focused on helping clients translate cross-sector insight into practical delivery and sustainable growth.
Marc also has significant experience in building and scaling consulting capabilities, including operating model design and organisational development. He has supported the growth of high-performing consulting teams and brings a strong focus on delivery excellence, collaboration and long-term value creation.
