Neha is part of our Market Services team and supports clients in identifying and addressing complex business challenges by aligning the right technology, products and services to their needs. She leads the delivery and assurance of initiatives that accelerate digital transformation across the energy sector. Neha has held senior technical and leadership roles across industry, progressing from hands-on development to strategic architecture leadership, and has led cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of complex, large-scale energy systems supporting the UK’s transition to a modern, low carbon energy landscape. She has worked across a broad range of energy sector domains including Oil & Gas and Utilities.

Neha’s previous work includes:
- Leading the strategic modernisation of the systems estate at EMR Settlement Ltd (EMRS), introducing microservices architecture and a Cloud platform to accelerate change delivery by 30% and enhance end-user experience.
- Establishing and leading a team of solution designers to deliver more than 20 major system releases spanning regulatory compliance and operational enhancements within the UK’s Electricity Market Reform (EMR) settlement framework.
- Driving technology-enabled transformation across the energy and Oil & Gas sectors, including establishing governance frameworks and design standards, leading complex requirements and solution design initiatives, and delivering end-to-end business analysis for trading and energy platforms across Agile and traditional delivery environments.
Neha has over 20 years’ experience bringing together technical, architectural and business expertise across the UK energy sector, leading teams in the design and delivery of complex technology programmes. She is TOGAF 9 certified and MBA-qualified, with a strong track record of aligning IT strategy with business outcomes in regulated and commercially sensitive environments.
