At Engage Consulting, we recognise that the decisions we make and actions we take can impact our environment, our people, and our communities. To that end, Corporate Social Responsibility is fundamental to the way we want to do business.
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint, and our robust environmental policy is integral to our staff induction process. We minimise waste and recycle our IT and telecoms equipment. We also minimise the impact of our travel through our remote working model and use of public transport, wherever possible, when travel is required.
As a consultancy, our people are our business, and we seek to provide an enjoyable work environment that promotes development and nurtures new talent. We hold the Investors in People Gold Accreditation and are an equal opportunities employer.
We are privileged to work in a sector where there is the opportunity to have a positive societal and environmental impact, and this is central to our corporate purpose as well as being an important motive for our staff. We prioritise ethical business practices and expect the same from our clients and suppliers. We also support charities that address issues that are relevant to our sector, such as the Fuel Bank Foundation, and also those that are relevant and personal to our staff.
