Royston recent work includes:
- Supporting a large B2B supplier with their smart innovation strategy.
- Helping Alt HAN Co design their crowded meter room services and leading the trial of their technology solutions.
- Royston also lead the SMETS1 enrolment programme for Energy UK including hosting and representing at key industry workgroups and supported work on smart prepayment and consumer protections.
- Royston held roles in customer service, business change and transformation and smart metering infrastructure within the industry for 14 years before joining Engage.
- Most recently, he was a senior business change manager at British Gas.
