Kevin was promoted to Head of Operations and People in December 2025 and is responsible for operational oversight, governance & compliance, strategic development and employee welfare and development.
He is an experienced manager and has previously been the Head of Service Delivery responsible for ensuring the excellent, efficient and effective delivery of our services to clients and across the organisation. Prior to this he was Head of Information Services, responsible for the development and testing of many extremely complex systems in the energy sector as well as managing the internal ICT infrastructure, support service and business operations for Engage. Kevin has also been a specialist test manager and tester with extensive experience in these roles.

Kevin’s recent projects include:
- Member of the Senior Management Team for over 10 years.
- Managing a team of 30 consultants, technical consultants and support staff across multiple external and internal projects.
- Ensuring excellent delivery of all services to multiple clients, specifically:
- Streamlining and enhancing the Engage Project Delivery methodology.
- Managed the development, testing and support of the Government Energy Price Guarantee scheme software on behalf of ELEXON.
- Managed the development and testing to enhancements to both the Contracts for Difference and the Capacity Market invoicing systems for EMRS.
Kevin joined Engage in 2005 having previously spent 8 years in the telecommunications and finance sectors as a User Acceptance Test Lead. Kevin became Test Manager for Engage in 2013 before becoming Head of Information Services in 2015. In 2024 he became Head of Service Delivery, and then Head of Operations and People in 2025.
